Reflecting back on my sister's time in Costa Rica reminds me of how blessed we truly are. Spending quality time together, bonding, trying new restaurants, new foods and new places. That is how life should be lived, with lots of adventures and few regrets.

Yay for friendships but even better is a friend that is also a sister. My sister friendship has lasted 42 years and counting seeing as she's been my sister and best friend my entire life existence.
So when my sister decided to come for a visit, I knew we would have the best time. We wasted not one minute heading out on vacation to the beach, literally the day after she arrived.
First stop was Riu Hotel and Resort because why not. I wanted to give her that all inclusive experience and since Riu had left a wonderful impression on us, we thought it would do the sane for her
Next stop was the amazing Diria Hotel in Tamarindo. Another wonderful experience that we wanted to give to my sister. We had enjoyed our stay at Diria the previous year so we knew we wanted to go back.
This amazing hotel is literally steps from the beach. Even better, you can watch the amazing sunset from the privacy of your hotel balcony. Amazing views abound plus room to roam with a resort style pool and bar. Plus the restaurants that are apart of the hotel offer some pretty delicious food as well.
To say we had amazing vacation is an understatement. And spending all that quality time with my sister made it even better.
