Baby A At Two Months

Baby A is growing at the speed of lightening.  I already made a two month post but didn't get to post pics so here ya go.

Sibling LOVE

As you can probably tell, he has become more animated as he responds to our voices and facial expressions more and more now.  He is more aware and understands more.  He has also become more playful and recognizes toys, especially the toys on his bouncy seat.  He actually plays with them sometimes.

He is STILL stuffy and last night, even had some snot leaking out of his nose.  It's getting chilly as December rolls around in time for Christmas so his stuffy nose is not getting any better.  But he hardly complains and sleeps well at night.  His naps are becoming more and more routine now as well.  He likes to nap a lot but his afternoon nap is usually around 2 or 2:30.  If I nap with him, he can nap for 3 long hours.  If I don't nap with him, he does get extra cranky and won't nap as long.  He started crying when tired now, which is odd but at least that is about the only time he cries (when tired and when hungry).

He goes to bed pretty much the same time every night, which is nice.  Around 9 pm, he's ready to go down for the night and will sleep anywhere from 4 to 5 hours.  If he had a rough day, i.e. not many naps, he can sleep for 6 hours straight.  He gets up to eat around 2 or 3, then goes back to sleep, getting up again 2 to 3 hours later to eat.  He is usually up for the day around 8 or 9 and then is ready for his daily naps after that.  Pretty easy baby if I do say so myself.

He eats pretty well so I have no complaints in that area.  At his 2 month doctor checkup on the 5th of November, he was 5.100 kilos and 57 cm long (so in 2 months he has grown 8 cm.)  His head measures 39 cm (he has a tiny little head). He did cry at his appointment, which was odd as he rarely ever cries when we're out but my mother in law seems to think he might have remembered the traumatic experience he had the last time when he had to get 3 injections.  Who knows.  All was well, and he is a healthy bouncy baby boy.  Love him.
