Honestly, as the kids grow up, they sort of start growing out of certain holiday traditions, which makes me a little sad. But one tradition they still wanted to keep this year was our 1st day of December kick off to the advent holiday season.
Every year, we put on The Polar Express, our festive movie night, complete with candy cane hot chocolate and popcorn plus their chocolate advent countdown. As always, it was just magical.
