Rocking Around The Christmas Tree

 It's that time of year again.  Traditionally, a week before Thanksgiving,  the tree goes up and the Christmas decorations come out to play. This year, I actually could not wait. The excitement was incredibly high and I was itching to make my house into a festive mess of holly and jolly.

With all hands on deck, we were able to not only put up the tree but also decorate almost every square inch of the house ( well every square inch that mattered with all the decor I loved).

With spirits high, Christmas music blaring and the lights twinkling bright, Christmas came knocking and I answered with gusto!

Another Christmas Event

 Our first year at GET middle and high school is coming to a close and that meant a chance to participate and attend their Annual Christmas Show. As part of the GET family, it felt nice being apart of such a special event. And it was was a nice closing chapter to the academic school year.

There were so many fun and festive presentations, as well as a closing performance by the school band. It was an amazing feeling being apart of such a fun school tradition.
