August Festivities

 August has come rushing in with such a force,  I might need to take a minute once the month is over to recuperate. 

Being "outside " has never been more true for me than the first few days to the start of the month. Birthday parties, family gatherings, and even TWO nights out in a row.  

Me being out in the streets on a Thursday night is a new concept, but to say I had fun is an understatement.  The next night, we celebrated our cousins birthday and stayed out until 3am, and I was surely lit. The entire night was such a vibe. I was on and off the dance floor, throwing back shots and just having the time of my life.

Going Back To Arenal

We didn't want our honeymoon vacation to end at the beach, so we booked a second 2 night trip to Arenal in La Fortuna Costa Rica, home to the famous Baldi Resort and volcanic thermal hotsprings. There are so many awesome hotels and hotsprings resorts in Arenal, the hard part is picking the right one.

We booked Hotel boutique El Río and boy oh boy did we pick the right one. A fairly new hotel the, rooms are immaculate.  The grounds are gorgeous. And the staff was amazing. It was definitely an experience and we cannot wait to go back.

My 1st Catamaran Tour

 We had an amazing 2nd honeymoon vacation after our wedding renewal.  The Wyndham Tamarindo hotel was everything I expected it would be.

It's not the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in but the views were incredible.  Every single room had ocean front rooms, worthy of a postcard. We had such amazing weather while at the beach, it made the views that much more spectacular. 

 Less than a 5 minute drive away, it made the trek into town a non issue. The hotel also provided a buffet breakfast, which had good variety and was actually tasty.  With it's infinity pool, friendly staff and those incredible views I would recommend the Wyndham Tamarindo hotel. 

But enough about our hotel stay,  let's talk about my very first Catamaran tour. It was the one activity I knew I just had to do at the beach. We has high hopes to do more, but Catamaran was a definite.  

Thanks to Dream Chaser, my ocean boat tour dreams came true. It was a simple,  private tour, but it was exactly what I wanted.
