Made From Scratch Mac and Cheese

I made three cheese macaroni and cheese the other night: Mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheese with a crusty cheesy topping made with bread crumbs and crumbled up menuidos chips (you heard me) and more cheese. It was delicious.

Who knew mac and cheese from scratch would be so easy. You won't see me buying boxed mac and cheese anymore if I can help it. It's so much more fun and so much more yummy making it by yourself. And it's simple too.
